Parlay PrinceKC Concepcion isn't as big as those guys you listed but I actually think he might have the highest potential to be a #1 WR of the first couple rounds of WR's picked. Very explosive with good route running and a true ability to put fear in the defense on every play and actually catch the football. He finally broke out last season after under performing his recruiting profile going into college for the first few years.
