Creative DirectorSolid choices. Titans can't do any worse. Both COTY candidates this year are former DCs: Mike Macdonald and Mike Vrabel. Both will need strong OCs.

Hit the PortalMike McDonald's success in Seattle helps. Saleh gets a 2nd chance and Minter has been solid at Michigan and with the Chsrgers. Saleh can be 7-10 and because hero in TN but Minter can't start out 7-10. Much higher pressure in Baltimore.
