KingofInstaWho's more likely to make the playoffs first out of these 10 teams? I would say the Bills and HC Brady. They were in the divisional playoffs and went to OT. Raiders and Browns have a long way to go to reach the playoffs.

Casino KingKubiak as the 5th-best hire is very generous and Stefanski as the 3rd-best hire is outrageously generous. Stefanski was 8-26 in his final 2 years in Cleveland. I have it Harbaugh, Minter, Brady, McCarthy & Saleh. Monken would be #6 then Stefanski #7. Kubiak at #8, LeFleur at #9 & the Dolphins hire at #10.
